If I could talk to the main character in my book right now, I would tell Mobe to be more stern. To tell Sarah to suck it up and talk. At least to him. He's always stuck by her side. There's no reason she shouldn't at least talk to him.
I would tell him to do this because I think he's just too nice to the people he should be more strict on. He usually lets everything slide and the only one who wouldn't let him be like that was Sarah. Sarah was the one who taught him to stand against his bully.
Mobe needs to stop letting himself beat himself down. People are saying he's starting to look a lot more fit but he won't agree with them. He always told himself he was fat. Instead he should be more stern with himself and stop feeling sorry for himself and do something about it if it bothers him so much.
I just think that overall Mobe needs to be more stern with himself and the other characters in the book.
