If I had the chance to talk to Sarah I would tell her to tell the police the truth. She needs to tell people how her face really got burned. If she told the truth her father would go to jail, and her mom would most likely come get Sarah. It would also get a huge weight off of Sarah's shoulder knowing that her dad can't get to her again.
I would also tell her to talk to the hospice staff. She needs to let them know that she is okay. If her dad were to see her talk, he would take her home. And she would most likely end up getting abused by her dad again.
The last thing I would say to her is that Eric really cares about her. I say this because he is willing to fight her dad. And it's not like her dad is a small dude! He also is facing his fear of talking to Dale Thornton to try to figure out what happened to her. I think that Eric will go to extreme measures to save Sara Byrnes.
