What I would tell Eric right now is he did the right thing. He told somebody about what Sarah's dad did to her and now she is trying to stop him from doing something worse. I would also tell him that he chose the right person to tell Sarah's secret too and trust her with. When Sarah's dad is chasing him and threatening him I would tell him to tell somebody what he did and why. If they sent him to jail they wouldn't have that problem anymore. He should tell Sarah as well so she knows her dad is coming.
What I would tell Sarah right now is that she shouldn't be mad at Eric for telling somebody. I bet if he told her that she would try to help too. Also I would tell her that she shouldn't be scared of her dad. She should tell somebody what really happened no matter how long ago. I think it is the right decision to look for her too look for her mom but she has to know her dad would notice she is gone. I would also tell her her dad went after Eric and is on her way to them so they need to hurry.
