Eric

Eric Calhoune is very helpful and considerate.  He is helpful because in the book he is trying to help the doctors fix Sarah Byrnes.  He is considerate because he stayed fat for Sarah so she would feel better about being "ugly".   We have learned that Eric really likes swimming and doesn't like to lose. I know that because in  the book at swimming practice he and his friend had a plan to make the other kid lose so they could win.  I like Eric for many reasons. I like him because he thinks of other people besides himself like he does when Sarah is in the Hospital.
